Cancellations

At MVMT Massage Therapy, we value our clients' time and commitment to their health and wellness. To ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all our clients, we have established the following appointment cancellation policy.

Cancellation Notice

  • 24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be on a waiting list.

Late Cancellations

  • Less than 24 Hours' Notice: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.

No-Show Policy

  • Missed Appointments: If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide any notice, you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

Emergency Cancellations

  • Unexpected Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion in these cases.

Rescheduling Appointments

  • Changing Appointment Times: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time, subject to availability.
